Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product was expired upon receipt

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
