Shipping Methods

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Products are carefully sealed and padded to prevent damage during transit. No product names or descriptions appear on the outer packaging.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with our shipping partners and provide a resolution, including reshipping or refund where applicable.

Please note that all orders must meet a minimum total of $50.00 before shipping costs.
